Devin Stephens

Partner

Devin Stephens is a licensed Realtor and skilled negotiator who has built a successful career in sales and marketing. He began his career as a sales manager with a Fortune 500 company and quickly became a national strategic sales leader in Canada. With a passion for marketing, he became a licensed Realtor in 2010 and soon became an owner of Re/max Accord, growing the team from 40 to 95 agents in just a year.

In 2013, Devin moved his family to Canmore and purchased the MaxWell Realty office, becoming a top producer in the market. He has a track record of success, being the top Realtor for MaxWell Realty across Canada from 2016 to 2019, with over $250 million in sales volume during this period. Devin's involvement in the Canmore Stewart Creek development of Three Sisters was instrumental in defining the market and selling out the development within 7 months of being hired. His experience brings valuable relationships with many developers and private equity firms as he has successfully mediated the sale of 12 hotels and many other businesses in the Bow Valley.

Judy Quan

Partner

Judy is a seasoned financial and business leader with more than 15 years of experience specializing in financial planning, re-financing, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and risk management. Judy provides financial and investment management advice and services to clients, helping them develop tailored investment strategies that align with their goals and risk tolerance. Her experience in finance coupled with the real estate transactions she has been involved with brings value to our clients as she understands the intricacies of these complex transactions.

Judy’s particular abilities in operations management and execution ensure that original solutions conceived by the Montayne team are broken down into achievable steps that ensure results for clients. Judy obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, with distinction, specializing in Finance and Human Resource Management. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University. Outside of work, Judy enjoys spending time outdoors as well as travelling with her family.

Davin Macintosh

Partner

Davin is a Founding Principal of Montayne, bringing with him a wealth of experience in planning and development law, entrepreneurship, restructuring, strategic planning and business leadership. With a background in planning and regulatory law from a top Alberta law firm, Davin has provided business and legal advice to a wide range of customers including municipalities, real estate developers, farmers and ranchers, and business owners.

He has particular experience structuring complex deals, and leading and managing turn-arounds. Davin's impressive resume includes Bachelor and Masters of Laws degrees from the University of Calgary, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University. His diverse experience and strategic insights help the Montayne team to enable customers to realize their potential while minimizing risk. Outside of work, Davin enjoys spending time outdoors in his home of Canmore, Alberta, and attending arts events with his family.

Colby Genoway

Colby is a former professional hockey player and a natural leader with a knack for building successful partnerships. With a background in finance and business management, Colby brings his expertise in strategic planning and project management to the Montayne team. His creative thinking and unconventional approach have resulted in successes in marketing and sales, fundraising, and brand development.

Having lived and played in multiple countries, Colby has a keen interest in market analysis and investment protection. He's a high-pressure performer who thrives in challenging environments and is passionate about helping people realize their goals. Colby's unique skill set, and experience make him an asset to the Montayne team in navigating complex deal structures and building strong relationships with clients.
